I did the Nov. rotation and loved it. I didn't lose any weight (but I wasn't trying to, either). I felt really worked out from each workout and loved that they were only an hour. Plus, the extra "off" days allowed me to fit it some of my other favorite Cathe cardios!
I feel stronger, and leaner and am really happy with the results. I'm going to continue doing these workouts into Dec. as a 4DS. I really like them.
