Hi Jane,

I have a huge craving right now. I hope it will go away soon. I think I will do some workout and work on the abdominals. That might help.
Last night I cheated in my dreams. I felt terrible.

I will check in later tonight just to tell if the cravings went away.

hold on Krisztina, you can say you did better than me after 31 days!! I slipped two days but I'm feeling a lot stronger now. Especially with starting the January rotation tomorrow. I can't have any sugar or junk in my body if I'm going to accomplish that.

Are you doing the January rotation?

It is over now, the workout really helped.
I will do the modified rotation because I don't have that much time during the week.
If this is your rest day enjoy it because you need your energy for tomorrow workout.

Great Krisztina!! Working out usually zaps the cravings for me. DD went back home today and took most of the bad stuff in the house. She teaches high school and she is going to take it to school and let them devour it!!

Do you check in on a workout thread? I usually check in on both that are running now, the Daily Checkin and the Personal Rotation.
