30 Day Shred

I love this workout! I don't do specific rotations, and don't look for "results", but I can tell you it's fun and tough!

There are three 25 minute workouts, getting progressively more challenging as you go. Although, in my opinion, Level three is easier than level two.

I like the fact that you can do just one level if you're looking for a quick intense workout.... or do two in a row if you have more time, or do all three if you've got the time and the energy.
 
It's alright. I brought it on vacation w/ me because I needed a hotel friendly workout and this fits the bill. It calls for one set of weights and it's not a space hog. I haven't done it since. Those two weeks with Jillian was all I could take. Her chatter drove me nuts.

I was impressed that the workout was pretty intense when I combined the segments. I usually did segments one and two. If Jillian had toned the vocals down I would reach for it more often.
 
I agree with the other reviews. For a 20 minute workout, it's great. It is simple, gets the job done, only requires one set of handweights, etc. It is fairly intense too- always gets me to break a sweat. But it isn't a workout I would want to do all the time. It's good for short on time days and when I want something simple.
