I don't post much at all but am a regular lurker... sooo I got my STS package yesterday and was previewing the dvd's randomly. So I thought for sure I would do the 5 or 6 month roation, I liked the idea of having a long term routine and figured I'd be more familiar with the workouts that way. Now... I'm wondering if it's repetitive to do it for 5 or 6 months? I didn't preview all the workouts but did notice that the wks sort of repeat each other so now I'm thinking that I should do the program as is for 3 months?? I want to get the most out of the program so I'm wondering if making it longer would diminish any of the results or progress? I'm feeling lost now and am anxious to get started. Any thoughts???
