2nd week of my Cathe Rotation

Hi everyone!

This is rubleneesey--I changed to neesey for the new forum. I have completed day 14 today. I am really feeling great! I really love Cathe's new series. I wouldn't have thought that concentrated weight work for a mere 10 minutes would do anything, but I have been proved wrong. My muscles ache (pleasantly of course) after doing the tapes. With all the yoga/pilates I have been doing too I feel like I am looking leaner, that my muscle tone isn't so bulky. This is great stuff! How is everyone else doing? Write in and let's hear how the program is working.

So glad to hear you are receiving results ALREADY!! :-jumpy That is great. You know, it's not making it easy on us DVDer's :-mad, but we are getting very excited hearing all the great reviews. I am still curious about the rotation you & your hubby set up. I could not download it on AOL because the file was too big. Is it possible (when you find time) to post your rotation or send it again to me in a different form? Thanks, Denise & sorry to bother you. I am very interested in how you are using the new series. Also, which Pilates tape are you using?
