I just started the 2nd phase of Insanity, after 1 week off and oh boy!! I did the Max Intensity Plyo last night and can't imagine I will ever be able to get thru that entire video as it's intended. I'm nervous and excited to do the rest of the 2nd phase videos 
I was definitely impressed with the first phase. I didn't do the rotation exactly, because I'm also training for a 1/2 marathon on Mother's Day. I'm trying to get in 4 Insanity workouts a week and a 7-10 mile run in twice a week. So far, I have to say, the insanity is really making my training go much better. It's a great cross trainer for marathon training! Well at least the first 4 weeks were. We will see what the next 4 weeks brings.......
Those of you that have done Insanity, did you find the 2nd phase hard to do? I was a little surprised to see how much longer the workout is - from an average of 40 minutes to 55? Ouch.......
