Hi, good morning. Have you seen the SNM uptade?.There are only two workouts to editing. I think that maybe in the next week the editing of the 10 workout will be finished. Today for me is a mix of IMAX 2 and cardio and weights cardio.Have a great Sunday.

Hi again. My workout is done. I have done IMAX 2 and the cardio step premix of C & W. Later I will do 30 minutes in my static bike. Enjoy your workouts. I hope you will have a great Sunday.Congratulations to everybody who has finished the November rotation.

Hey Mariangeles, that workout sounds very fun, step is my favourite cardio! I haven't checked the Ask Cathe board yet and am excited by your news, only 2 left to edit....it won't be looooong :)

I am actually excited about my workout today, I am going to do PS Legs (thanks Carole:)) and S&H Shoulders with some cardio. I'll try to remind myself of this excitment when I'm in the middle of a tough set of lungesx( }( I'll just finish getting pumped up on caffeine and catching up with the boards before I get started. I'll check in later with my report:)

Between Kids school assignments, resumes and the fact that the computer is getting crotchety I haven't been online much:-( I never would have believed that I would think about getting a second computer in the house but it sure has become command central!

I am meeting friends for a 15 mile trail run today...just guessing on the distance....not sure how far I'll go.

Good morning,

I have a YogaZone planned for some time today; hope I can get around to it. I find if I sleep in and don't do the yoga first thing (like happened this morning), it just keeps getting shoved aside. Oh well, a full night's sleep is a healthy thing, too.

Laurie, how unfortunate for us that your computer time is so limited. Yes, add a bit more to that mortgage application and get a second computer! How did that go, btw? Will you be moving house soon?

Carole, when you are done your marathon, will you be switching back to step?

Mariángeles, a note of caution. Cathe and her crew are doing an amazing job at getting the workouts created, but from what I saw with the BB series, there is no chance we will see these workouts in our hands until probably the end of January. The process of replicating the dvds was very loooooong; that has nothing to do with Cathe. When they receive their first copies, Cathe has people test them out. In the case of the BB series, there was a muffled sound problem. Cathe decided to got for quality over speed, so more time got tacked on while they did some editing and dubbing, and then more replicating. I'm not trying to depress you, but just to let you know that the creating of the workouts is only half the battle, and Cathe can't control how long the replicators take. On the bright side, there are no VHS tapes to edit and replicate, so maybe things will move along quicker.

Sandy, you asked what my rotation will be for this week, and I think I have it. Mind you, this may all get scrapped if Cathe posts a December rotation that I like.

I told you I'm craving some intensity, so here it is:

MON: MIC & PS back/biceps/abs
TUES: homemade circuit of Cardio Kicks and Leaner Legs
WEDS: Step Works & PS chest/shoulders/triceps
THURS: IMAX Extreme & PUB core
FRI: HSTA
SAT: homemade combo of Step Blast/KPC Intensity Drills; PS Legs/abs

If you could remind me of all the workouts you have, I could blend a similar week up for you. If I recall, you have ME/BC, IMAX2/CW, Pyramids, SB/SJP, KPC/LG, CM/CK. Anything I'm forgetting? And you do a gym weight workout on Tuesday, and an advanced cardio on Wednesday. Right?

Hey that rotation sounds like a tough one}(! Yes, I have the entire Intensity Series, HSTA, CM/CK, and the 2 BB dvds...you got it! You also got my gym nights correct...tuesdays are weight work and wednesdays are advanced step. Can't wait to see what you have in store for me this week. Since I was feeling blechh yesterday and didn't really work out hard, i'm thinking of doing either BC or HSTA today.....like Mariangeles always says...I've got to prepare for Hardcore:7 }( !!
 
Hey Again! My workouts are done, SJ&P step and combo 3 StepBlast for cardio then PS legs and SH shoulders, good workout, legs are feeling nicely worked!

Sandra, I see a definite YogaZone-on-Sunday trend with you, :) very nice, don't you just love Sunday!! I have no clue when we will move but hope it's around March or April. We are looking for a house with a self contained granny flat and my Mom is relocating cities and we'll all live in the same house. Her house is sold and closes Jan. 28. She'll travel through the winter; 'bum around' as she puts it:) Our needs are quite specific (Kids absolutely will not change schools...) so we'll just keep looking until we find it. I know it's out there for us so we just have to be patient and trust that it'll work out...it always does. Cross your fingers for us 'kay. Thanks for asking :)

Jes, oh yes! I got your email; I will reply a bit later on today. My four year old is demanding computer time, so I have to be quick right now. Sorry for the delay in answering! IMAX Extreme is on the Terminator dvd, and is a 75 minute mix of Cardio & Weights and IMAX2. It's a great workout.

Sandy, you have HSTA? Terrific! Do BC today, then, so you can do HSTA with me on Friday. I'll mix something up for you later on today. Does the entire IS include the Terminator dvd? I hope so.

Laurie, good workout!! And interesting about the moving situation. It's very tough to shift households. I envy your mom the ability to bum around for months. Sounds terrific! Are you looking foward to her moving in, or is there some ambivalence? Yup! Yoga-Sundays! Love it.

Good Morning everyone. I think I'll try PUB followed by KPC. I'll also use my new weighted gloves. Do you think that'll be too much? Never tried that before. I read where Amy B said her arms were quivering after just the KPC w/ gloves. Makes me feel hesitant. But I need good UB weight WO today. We'll see.

Hi again! I have comandeered my computer back from my sub-unit.

Marla, For my level of fitness, PUB followed by KPC with weighted gloves sounds really, really hard. If you can do that, you are ready for HardCore, no doubt! Let us know how it goes!

Sandy, Here are my suggestions:

MON: I have two suggestions, because I think you told me you don't really like CM/CK. In trying to make up a workout similar to MIC, I suggest "Circuit Max followed immediately by the HSTA cardio premix". That will be almost 70 minutes in total, and intense. If you really don't want to do CM, then try: "SJP warm up and cardio only premix; KPC combos premix, and KPC core". Not as intense, but still good.

TUES: gym weights

WEDS: gym advanced cardio

THURS: IMAX Extreme & PUB core. If that takes more time than you have, then just do IMAX2, and PUB core.

FRI: HSTA (alone; lets you really give it all you got!)

SAT: KPC warm up and intensity drills; SB Combos 1-3 (do all SB combos, or only one or two; up to you). SJP core. If you have time and energy, tack on Muscle Endurance Lower Body Premix.

Ok, I'm all done with my workout today...I did the BC/ME combo and I loved it...it's been a while since I did it:7 !!

As for this week's rotation....BEAUTIFUL!!! Love it love it love it!! I am SOOO looking forward to it! Unfortunately i still don't have terminator so I will take your suggestion and instead of IMAX extreme I will do IMAX2 and PUB core. Thanks again for another kick a$$ rotation:7 !!

Excellent!! You know, if you have the time (75mins), and want to program IMAX Extreme into your dvd player, I can tell you what to program. It's completely comprised of IMAX2 and Cardio & Weights.

The second thing I forgot to mention is to please not do the ME Lower Body premix on Saturday if your legs are really feeling all the lower body work from HSTA on Friday. I plan to stay intermediate with the weights in HSTA, but if all those leg presses catch up to me on Saturday, I'll be postponing the PS Legs that I have planned.

I'm very curious about which Monday option you will be doing. :)

Happy Sunday everyone,

Today was PS shoulders, legs (floorwork) and abs. I followed that with the step portion of MIC - oh yeah, I love that challenge at the end!
