I have a YogaZone planned for some time today; hope I can get around to it. I find if I sleep in and don't do the yoga first thing (like happened this morning), it just keeps getting shoved aside. Oh well, a full night's sleep is a healthy thing, too.
Laurie, how unfortunate for us that your computer time is so limited. Yes, add a bit more to that mortgage application and get a second computer! How did that go, btw? Will you be moving house soon?
Carole, when you are done your marathon, will you be switching back to step?
Mariángeles, a note of caution. Cathe and her crew are doing an amazing job at getting the workouts created, but from what I saw with the BB series, there is no chance we will see these workouts in our hands until probably the end of January. The process of replicating the dvds was very loooooong; that has nothing to do with Cathe. When they receive their first copies, Cathe has people test them out. In the case of the BB series, there was a muffled sound problem. Cathe decided to got for quality over speed, so more time got tacked on while they did some editing and dubbing, and then more replicating. I'm not trying to depress you, but just to let you know that the creating of the workouts is only half the battle, and Cathe can't control how long the replicators take. On the bright side, there are no VHS tapes to edit and replicate, so maybe things will move along quicker.
Sandy, you asked what my rotation will be for this week, and I think I have it. Mind you, this may all get scrapped if Cathe posts a December rotation that I like.
I told you I'm craving some intensity, so here it is:
MON: MIC & PS back/biceps/abs
TUES: homemade circuit of Cardio Kicks and Leaner Legs
WEDS: Step Works & PS chest/shoulders/triceps
THURS: IMAX Extreme & PUB core
FRI: HSTA
SAT: homemade combo of Step Blast/KPC Intensity Drills; PS Legs/abs
If you could remind me of all the workouts you have, I could blend a similar week up for you. If I recall, you have ME/BC, IMAX2/CW, Pyramids, SB/SJP, KPC/LG, CM/CK. Anything I'm forgetting? And you do a gym weight workout on Tuesday, and an advanced cardio on Wednesday. Right?
