Hi - I was trying to purchase 5 DVDs today using the DVD25 code. Everytime I enter the code I get a message that this is not a valid coupon code. I am entering 5 separate DVDs and not just one item. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I also tried the SAVE15 code for the 15$ discount. It applied the 15% discount to all but one item. #540 Intensity Series.

Everything seems to be working fine. Make sure that you are not counting XTrain as one of your videos. Coupons can not be used on pre-sale items.
All of the items I chose were not pre order items. The code kept getting kicked out with a message - Not a valid code. I sent an email to customer service yesterday and have not received a response. I wish there was an actual live person I could speak with. I cannot find any phone nubmers.
