I have never actually weighed the amount of greens I ate. I have 2 big salads everyday. Besides the other steamed veggies I have with dinner. Something that helped with hunger was adding 1 cup of beans to my lunch salad. Are you getting in all your fruit too?
 
Sherry, are you eating at least a cup of beans? And tofu? Those might help. I eat nowhere near a pound of lettuce a day, but like Carole I do try to eat 2 salads a day. I also try to add fruit smoothies (frozen berries and soymilk...I'm a FIEND for these) and I'm usually full after eating those.
