Has anybody heard about the 20 Second Fitness by Spencer Larson? It's based on the Tabata Method of 20 seconds of hard/intense exercise with 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes; I believe the longest is for a total of 12 minutes. The program looks pretty good but it's not cheap. Anybody familiar with it? Thanks.
