20 Second Fitness

Has anybody heard about the 20 Second Fitness by Spencer Larson? It's based on the Tabata Method of 20 seconds of hard/intense exercise with 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes; I believe the longest is for a total of 12 minutes. The program looks pretty good but it's not cheap. Anybody familiar with it? Thanks.

PS: Of course, can't compare to Cathe - SHE IS MY #1 TRAINER!!!
 
IDK about the instructor you are talking about but if you want to get a taste for that type of training try out some of the the work outs over at the Body Rock site! They are awesome...and FREE!!!!!!!!! Tons to choose from! :D
 
Mindy Mylrea also has some 4-minute workouts on Youtube that folllow this protocol.

She also has a DVD program called "360 Miracle" that is built around daily 6-minute workouts like this (each include 1 minute of warm-up and 1 minute of cooldown). It's a lot cheaper than Larson's program.

Thanks Cathletes, I have such an old computer that anything I try to watch on YouTube looks like it's slower than slow-motion, LOL. So I am not able to get anything from YouTube.

Hi Kathryn, have you tried Mindy Mylrea's 360 Miracle workout? Can't seem to find enough reviews on the program; wondering if there's a lot of high impact, etc.. It looks pretty good and, you're right, it's much cheaper that 20 Second Fitness. Anyway, thanks for your help.
 
I consider myself a bodyrocker too.....I have gotten very good results following zuzanna. Give her site a try. The testamonials from others are inspirational also.

For those of you that are bodyrock fans,

How are you implementing her workouts into your schedule? Curious if anyone has tried a rotation by doing them exclusively or do you just fit them in somehow? I haven't tried any of them yet...do you mostly find they target the whole body thoroughly?

You guys might also like myomytv.com...her site is similar (intervals also) but with a focus on kettlebells..I found it mentioned while doing a search.
