2 months until wedding

Hi Cathe - and other forum members,

I am very interested in trying some of your videos to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. I have only 2 months, and about 20 or so pounds to lose (I know I can't lose that much in that short time (though it would be nice!), but want to lose as much as I can safely). Can you suggest what I should be focusing on (strength or cardio)- and which would be good workouts to start with? I have been using the Firm, but I want a bit of a change - and to hopefully start to see the scale and the tape measure moving down again. I was looking at the Body blast series - they look very fun and challenging!

Also - I am currently following the Weight Watchers points system. They allow "activity points" for exercise - but I wanted to get your opinion on a ballpark idea of a calorie range for weight loss for someone who is exercising with your workouts (because I know eating too little can put the body into starvation mode - so I want to make sure I'm eating enough - but not too much.

2 months really isn't enough time to lose 20, but you can probably lose 10 (it took me 3 to lose 15). Body Blast is a great choice - but you may want to buy an IMAX to go with it.

The number of calories you need depends on your ideal weight. There are a bunch of websites that will give you an idea of how many calories you'll need.
