Yesterday went well, I was hungry in the evening because we ate dinner at 5:00. But since I skipped my apples in the afternoon, I had them in the evening, hot and diced with cinnamon. YUM!

Those Light Flat out Wraps are a staple here too.

Two days now with no chocolate or chips.... Tonight is a (casual) dinner out, but I will keep it in check with a big salad and probably a seafood appetizer or half of an entree.

Tomorrow will be a longer dinner out with wine. The plan is to skip bread and dessert and have some interesting seafood. The place we are going to has a great chef. And although it is more of a chop house, they serve the freshest and most creative side dishes and excellent seafood specials.

My eating has been good and I am getting in all my water.

I am trying to add a bit more for lunch with my salad. Yesterday I made some "No Egg Salad Sandwiches" from Vegan Planet pg 449. I always grate tofu when I use it and these are really good. The turmeric makes it look just like egg and egg white themselves don't have much taste just like tofu.

Not sure about dinner yet tonight but the morning will be similar to every day for me.

Good job, Judy & Carole! I love warming up my apples w/ cinnamon too & topping it w/ yogurt & walnuts. Yummy!

Ok, my day is basically making sure I eat/ drink enough. I'm sick & feeling miserable. But, I was down 1.2 lbs this week, so I'm back on track! Yeah!

Breakfast ~ Oatmeal concoction

Cup of coffee, 20 oz water

I'll probably have some chicken noodle soup for lunch (lower sodium)
 
Jes- I am sorry you are feeling poorly. I sincerely hope it is not a migraine again.

Carole- You know I have to go check out that recipe now and if I have the ingredients, make it for lunch with my spinach salad!

I did pretty good last night. I did have 2 slices of veggie pizza for dinner, but nothing else after that.

Today, it will be a little harder.

Lunch, Indian food with Christine,YAY!
Snack, bran muffin
Dinner, I think we may pick up subway sandwiches and I will get a 6 inch turkey and cheese with baked lays.

But, Fridays are so hard for me , so we shall see what happens.

Hey all -

I was good yesterday. Today, well, up until lunch I was! Then I had Indian food. Tonight will be Italian food. So, I'm thinking I should just write off today and start again tomorrow.

But, the Indian food was sooo worth it - especially with the lovely company!
 
Okay this has not been a clean eating day for me. After my Indian food with Christine, which was fab, I came home and made banana chocolate chip muffins with my Mariah and of course I had to have 2 of them. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and it WILL be a good one. Hopefully the rest of you cheethas are doing well:)
