I've never heard of it so I just read about it. I don't have a problem with sweating during Cathe's workout or getting my heart rate up and staying up. I live in FL so I also sweat whenever I spend any time outside. So I'm not sure if I would take something that is going to make my core temp go up even more. If you do try it, let me know how it goes. I'm just going by a few of the reviews given.
