Hi, all! How about this:
A 45 min. INTENSE step workout comprised of the following:
-Warm up
-15 min of intense step (like the first section of Step Works, something with high bpms)
-15 min of lower body step circuits (like from CTX Power Circuit or Body Max's circuit section)
-15 min of intervals (like intervals from any of the Imaxes.)
-Cool Down/Stretch
You could do the whole thing as-is or simply add one of the segments to the end of another workout.
If Cathe wanted to, she could do the same thing in a non-step format:
-Warm up
-15 min of intense hi/lo (like the first 3 hi/lo sections of SJ&P)
-15 min of hi/lo circuits (something similar to the cardio/lower body premix from Boot Camp)
-15 min of intensity drills (like the blast challenge portion of Kickmax)
-Cool Down/Stretch
Just think if she did both of these workouts on one DVD - there could be lots of cool premixes and mix & match options!
