I weighed in @ WW today and was down 1.4lb. Right now I'm aiming for about 1lb/week, which, if I can keep it up will leave me at goal by Memorial Day. With that in mind, I'm trying to plan ahead for dinner @ the Mexican restaurant tonight. I'm seeing grilled fish tacos in steamed corn tortillas in my future...

As for STS...I'm really not sure that's the series for me although the prices offered for the presale are pretty good. Most of the hesitation on my part is due to lack of weight equipment, pull up bars, etc. at home. I AM interested in the STS-Gym mp3 workout that she's planning to release, though.

OK, I'm procrastinating...time to get back to work. See you all tomorrow! Not sure what's on tap for me - maybe 4DS kickbox cardio...we'll see...

Hi everyone.

This week is going good for me. Eating is under control and I've actually gotten in 4 workouts this week. It's been a long time since I worked out every day. The doms from yesterday's workout are creeping in.

As for STS, I am excited. I just don't know to motivate myself to prepare for something like that. I can't even stick with a rotation for a month. Maybe this is my "get it together series". If I spend that much on something, I better use it.

Hi all -
Missed getting here yesterday. Eating was my usual crave day. Always start out good but went to sushi lunch for a birthday. Not bad there and was stuffed.

For some reason when I got home I had the carb cravings horribly and sucked in everything in sight again.

Seems I have one good day and then one bad - need work to slow down for me too.

Sooooo, because I was bad, did my ME and then hit the TM for a half hour jog and then some walking. Burned about 800 cals to help make up for my splurge.

I did get in 96 oz of water.

Today have been very good eating so far and so am at the computer and out of the kitchen }(

Got the cardio versions of 4DS Kickbox and 4DS Bootcamp on the exercise menu today.

Gayle - you are just too motivating and funny at the same time :7 And, I know whatcha mean about the "feeling fat" days. Funny how your belly can stick out, pants can even be tight, but the scale is down?

Lori - I remember those days of little guys crying and trying to get your chores done. Hope tomorrow is a better day for your DS.

Rhonda - sounds like you are enjoying 90X+. Attempted 90X last year but life took over and I couldn't fit it in. Needed a bit more strength in my UB to make it more beneficial too. Am thinking I will attempt it again as soon as I can drop about 10 lbs so I can concentrate on building muscle this time.

Amelia - do you think your plateau is because you are eating too few calories/carbs for your workout? I remember when I followed the Fat Flush plan for a couple of months and the first few weeks of no complex carbs at about 1200 calories left me very little energy for working out. I always felt weak in less than a half hour. Just a thought . . .

Meredith - hope you get your sleep patterns and energy loss fixed soon - and that your book club meeting went well.

Gin - Welcome ! Let us know how things go for you.

Cheryl - I get the sore lower back syndrome too - injured it very badly about 10 years ago and have to be very careful. When it is sore I find I can't tighten my abs without it hurting so feel like my stomach stick waaaayyyy out;( Hope you feel better soon.

Carolyn & Andrea - way to keep consistently good ! Hope I can get there soon.

Sue - I just love educated and attentive doctors ! At least he motivated you to get a great workout }(

Jonahnah - Will be checking out the new DVD's in a few minutes ;) Thanks for the heads up.

OK - off to see the new DVD's . . .
