Today's workoutKick Punch and Crunch minus the abs - I have severe ab DOMS from rebounding? 59 Minutes, 383 calories burned, HR 69% ave/91 max

Food For Yesterday
M1 - oatmeal, egg whites, one yolk
M2 - chicken breast and wheat bread
M3 - chicken breast, broccoli, almonds
M4 - salmon and sugar peas
M5 - venison patty, tomato

Have a great day!!!!! I don't know about you guys but I am ready for this weekend!

Hi all.
I've not been doing very well the last 2 days. I've been living off of braunswiger and potato chips. Tom is around the corner and I'm just eating wildly. Will try to do better tomorrow.

Oh dear, we are a small bunch aren't we, and here I am checking in late at night!!!

Hey Jean, I had a cheeseburger platter tonight, so I'm with you on not doing well on the eating. Atleast my calories are below budget though.

Tonight I did Power Hour and MIS Chest. I did them S&H style and my chest is fried!! My arms are fatigued from it too. It's a nice feeling though.
