***12 Week Challengers, Feb 28***

Quickie check in....

I'll try to BBL for personals, but I just wanted to report my WO and eats: LIC as filmed (got me drippy sweaty!:) ) breakfast was veggie sausage and cottage cheese, lunch was minestrone soup and a handful of prunes and as soon as I get off of here I will mix up a protein shake. Dinner tonight is steak and sweet potatoes and whatever green vegetable I yank out of the fridge. I am finally down another pound for a total weight loss to date of 10.5 pounds. :)

Andrea** I didn't want to get up today either but I don't know what made me get out of bed! I was peeing with one eye open! LOL I probably made myself get up b/c of all the junk I ate last night. I definitly felt better about it after I worked out. I don't know why when I have a bad day I think I instintly gained weight!

Idream** Good job with the workout today! I am not a lover of Kickboxing either so thats why I do the 4DS one. I like that one cause its short and sweet:)

Kath** Yesterday one of my coworkers said to me, "oh, you actually ate one" They think b/c I don't look round like a cookie, I don't eat them! LOL But I do! I don't eat piles and piles, I just pick. Truth be known I would probably be more satisfied if I just ate the stupid cookie instead of a piece of each one!

Becca** Good job on the weightloss!~ Woo HOO!!!! Your meals sound yummy today!

Im soon going home where DH as a sald picked up for me.And thats my last meal for the day. I haven't decided if Im going to clean tonight or do GS Legs...

Late Checkin,
Wanted to let you know how my meals and exercise went today. Just finished KM timesaver premix, not bad need some practice. There is alot of leg work I know mine will be hurting in the morning.

Brkfst-monster cookie (lady says she makes them lowfat).
AM snack-yogurt and orange
Lunch-bosses shared leftover zataran pasta mix.
PM snack-cheese and crackers and a milkyway(don't know why I had this)
Supper-turkey sloppy joe

Not to bad of a day.
