Quickie check in....
I'll try to BBL for personals, but I just wanted to report my WO and eats: LIC as filmed (got me drippy sweaty!
) breakfast was veggie sausage and cottage cheese, lunch was minestrone soup and a handful of prunes and as soon as I get off of here I will mix up a protein shake. Dinner tonight is steak and sweet potatoes and whatever green vegetable I yank out of the fridge. I am finally down another pound for a total weight loss to date of 10.5 pounds.
