It's my second time getting to start this thread..c'mon where you at ladies:D

Ok, so this morning i got up early with determination and motivation, finally!! I put together a rotation for this month, hopefully to shed the 4lbs i gained in the last couple of weeksx(
Today we are having a bday party for my brother. I am crossing my fingers i am able to VETO the cake, LOL

This morning i did S&H legs & added in abs.

Wendy-glad to hear you enjoyed your trip. the last time i went on a cruise, i said i would work out. i saw the gym one time and that was it during the whole cruise:p

Sorry I wasn't awake earlier Sunny...I overslept.:-( Hope you can fight off the cake today. I am going to the horse races so there will tons of junk food to try to avoid for me as well! :eek: One time at the gym on a cruise is better than what do most, girl!:)

I have Cardio and Weights on tap for today. Hopefully I can fit it in before I leave!

sunnydelite and wendy: glad to see ya this morning. Both of you are lucky that you had the opportunity to go on a cruise. DH and I were gonna do that last year for our 25th wedding anniversary. Didn't happen as my daughter got pregnant, quit school for awhile and moved back in w/ us. Raising a grandson and having DD at school is costly. So, maybe for our 30th wedding anniversary, huh?? Hopefully, I will still look FIT!! LOL

Hey ladies - so sorry I have been missing - glad you are back Wendy, I missed you! I had, until this afternoon, a house full of company. I haven't had a chance to workout - I workout in my living room and it was full of people sleeping, laughing, playing games, etc.....the house is quite silent now - *ahhhh*

anyway I am going to try to get my workout in this evening and some rest! I am off tomorrow and Tuesday and my plan is:

S - CTX and S&L Back, CC3 on the rebounder
M - CTX and S&L Chest, TJ Fat Blaster 3 times
T – CTX and S&L Bis, CC 4 on the rebounder
W – CTX and S&L Tris, TJ CP Live 1.5 times
T – CTX S&L Delts, CC 5 on the rebounder
F – FIU – BC cardio only with abs 45 min
S - Yoga Shakti - Lunar Flow

I am not going to be doing the Look Great in 8 - I cannot make it work with the new plans
