It's my second time getting to start this thread..c'mon where you at ladies
Ok, so this morning i got up early with determination and motivation, finally!! I put together a rotation for this month, hopefully to shed the 4lbs i gained in the last couple of weeksx(
Today we are having a bday party for my brother. I am crossing my fingers i am able to VETO the cake, LOL
This morning i did S&H legs & added in abs.
Wendy-glad to hear you enjoyed your trip. the last time i went on a cruise, i said i would work out. i saw the gym one time and that was it during the whole cruise
