No time for personals as usual......

Kade loved the truck and I am glad you enjoyed the story....yes there quite a few that have dropped out - I am hanging.

I think it is a good idea to post the choices for names - I will go with what anyone decides!

Workout for Today:
Push Pull, CC1 on the rebounder (1:1 for 25 minutes), 1 hour walk at lunch or at home in evening, 63 minutes 343 Calories burned, HR 64% ave/97% max

Food For Yesterday
M1 - oatmeal, egg whites, one yolk
M2 - venison patty and wheat bread
M3 - chicken breast and white potato, dab of peanut butter
M4 - turkey breast and sweet potato
M5 - Tuna, spinach, tomato salad

Today will be a low carb day for me!
 
Suggestions for Check-in Names

I have some ideas. I previously suggested “Challengers for Life” because it implies that this is a lifestyle and that we are in this together forever. After pondering this, something simple and more generic would be good. Transformations! That is it. It seems that none of us are doing all that great with this 12-week challenge concept if you will allow me to be so bold. I definitely will not be posting pictures. Several of us have mentioned a desire to get rid of clutter. A “Transformations” check-in would give us a place to share positive changes in other areas. We could get lean and clean together! Just a thought!

good morning challengers!
today's workout: push/pull and a 3mile interval run!! woohoo!!

Jean: I teach an exercise class 2x per week. It's kinda like cathe's bootcamp workout. I start off w/ a 5min warmup, then proceed to do cardio, upper, lower, and abs. I do these to a song each...kinda like bodypump class, if you will. I do this 2x and w/ the cooldown, it's a very close 45mins class!!

Heather: transformations is a good name to me!

Kathy: glad you did good w/ the workout. I forgot...which HR monitor do you have???

Good Afternoon

Week 10! It's gone by so fast. I think I will take after pictures, but will only post them if there is a visable difference. That way, since we are going to continue the challenge, when there really is a difference I will post them. What date are we ending this on? I had one day on my calender, but I don't think it's right.

I did manage to get my lazy body out of bed to exercise. I wanted something intense so I chose Hardcore Extreme Hi/Low. It has been a while since I did that one and it showed. I had to modify some of it and I stopped when it got to the the kick boxing part. I know most people love kick boxing, but I just can't get into yet. I burned 457 calories even with the modifications.

I know I said I planned out my week of exer. this weekend, but I'm already modifying it. Tomorrow needs to be Lower body, don't know which one yet.

gotta run. I'm going to walk the dog up to the park on my lunch.

checking in late again today.

I think Transformations is a good name. Will we try to continue as a challenge or a check-in to keep us accountable and together as a group.

this evening after work i did a spinning class. i never sweated so much in my life. it was so much fun!
