12 day break

I went to Russia (yes, the country:) ) to visit my husband and took 12 days off from exercising...Started back in my rotation yesterday with PUB and Core Max 1....and today I could barely take off my sweatshirt to start into Cardio Kicks!!:eek: I hope I can make it through!

Who knew that less than 2 weeks off could have such and effect!! I'm hoping my workout today eases my DOMS:p .

Anyone else out there with similar issues?:(

Wow -- a grip to Russia must have been nice and very educational!

I travel quite often and take off up to 14 days at times.

I find I am stronger and do not lose anything after resuming my workouts -- I am stronger!

What you could possibly be having is a readjustment of your body to time zones.
