100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle

Anyone read this? I am doing this challenge with a few friends of mine. Looks like it is exactly what I needed to get the ball rolling again!
 
I have read her other book, "Life is Hard, Food is Easy," but I just got the 100 Days book! I am going to start this tomorrow. I figure some journal time/contemplating the whole food/emotional eating thing is what I need to keep me busy and out of the pantry. It seems like a good working guide that follows the same concepts she wrote about in the other book.
