do you know of a workout routine that doesn't require a video and that it's around 10 minutes? I guess I can make my own. May be something like 200 squats, 100 sit ups etc
but may be there is one that is proven to be effective? Please share
Very busy mommy that want to get in shape. I always did Cathe... barely time to eat now... I need quick and no time to pop in a dvd

Popsugar like Elsie mentioned is great! Also check out Melissa Bender, she has a bunch of 5, 10, 15 and up workouts and I think she lists the exercises in addition a to a video, so you can quickly write them down..

Also, do you own a kettlebell? Kettlebell swings one minute on and one minute off for a few rounds is a great workout too! Or 30/30, 40/20 vs one minute on and off etc.

Lift Weights Faster by Jen Sinkler is a paper programme with 200 different ideas for short workouts (from 5 to 30 minutes). They're great fun, and are organised by equipment needed. They include bodyweight only workouts, right up to full gym. I use them as finishers, or when I'm pressed for time, or sometimes stringing a couple of them together for a longer workout.
I've not had to do the same routine twice!

Yes- How could I forget about LWF and LWF2! Several 10 min or less workouts there. Most of the 30 min workouts can even be made to 10 minute workouts just by repeating the circuit fewer times.

I agree, Jen Sinkler has great short workouts. I'm also into kettlebell swings. Any where from 15 on, 45 off to 45 on and 15 off. On occasion, I make up my own 10 to 20 minute tabata, 20 seconds on, and 10 seconds off. It all works!
