When I go into the calculator to figure out my 1RPM the weight is listed in Kg. How do I fix this?

Click on your "UserCP" which you will see in the upper left-hand corner of this page. Then Click on “Edit User Details” and then scroll down and change your weight preference to lb’s.
 
Here's the formula for calculating your one rep max, whether you use pounds or kilos.

W = weight lifted
R = number of reps performed (get your weight heavy enough to keep this to under 10)

Your 1RM = (36 x W)/(37 - R)
