    Tabata and/or other HiiT - need real life experiences

    I hate to say it but short HIIT training never really helped me to lose weight. I just didn't burn enough calories. So, I'd second Jodi's recommendation of Amy Dixon since her workouts are longer and they have a lower impact/easier modifier. And they are a lot of fun! Lorrie

    I don't have a Vitamix. I bought a Ninja Mega System 4 years ago and love it. I make nut butter, nut milk, smoothies, dips, and flours with it. The price was around $200. I hear great things about the Vitamix , so I'm sure you can't go wrong with it. Lorrie

    Full fat vs. no fat or low fat

    I eat the nonfat, plain version of Fage and Oikos. I like the taste, but I also like adding cinnamon to it. I keep a jar of ground cinnamon at work and add it to my yogurt. When I'm home, I add cinnamon, a sprinkle of nuts, and frozen blueberries on top. Yum!

    Chalean Extreme

    I loved it! I did a rotation using the weight dvds only and lost 7 pounds, and two inches off my waist and butt. I like that was able to get great results in 30-45 minutes a day. I didn't like Turbo Jam and Turbo Kick, but I liked Chalene in these workouts. Lorrie

    I haven't tried it, so I can't comment on that. But can you cook with it or mix it a smooothie to mask the taste? I hate throwing away expensive things that I've tried and didn't like, but sometimes you just have to cut your losses. Lorrie
