    Awww Thank You, Lady Vol Fan! All good! Did a workout on Monday/Wednesday and felt great. Doing one more on Friday (doing the STS 2.0 Trisets) but did not use the same weights as before, lowered it some just to ease my body back.

    Kellyro77, I completely agree with you 100%. I am loving this series so much. Every workout is challenging and it provides so much opportunity for progressive overload. Yes, the recovery days are great. I don't think I am ever going to get tired of this series.

    Hi ashaw, I also love, love all of the PHAs because, like you said, you get weight training and a good cardio workout all at the same time. When I do any of those PHAs, my calorie burn is really high, so I am sure you are getting a great calorie burn too.
