I keep reading about this "diastis" stuff and am getting more and more confused. I'm trying to check and see if I have it and can't even tell for sure. At six months along, it's hard to find much of anything, but there is a ridge. Does this mean I have it? Would it otherwise be completely flat...

I know no one can really answer this for me, and I do have my next doctor's appointment in eight days ... but ... I am only on week 13 and my belly has just POPPED out! I can only wear my baggiest clothes, and, when unclothed, I definitely look pregnant. I just can't believe I'm this big...
