The 1250 calorie is what I'm supposed to eat to lose weight, according to myfitnesspal, anyway y just bought HiiT , to burn more calories, I hope! Thanks everybody!
Thanks for the advise, I count my calories consume everyday apron 1250, and do my kick , punch and crunch plus booty camp, twice a week. The other days I do weights, but how can i do those exercises you are talking about ?
