    I just mentioned to my hubby tonight that next meso may be time to invest in a barbell set. It was getting a little tough to hold the 30 pound db's for squats and deadlifts.

    It's a goodie - everytime I do it I want to also do Rhythmic Step too! San Diego has great weather year around - we complain about the cold when it drops below 70 :) Can't believe my son is still going in the water .. even with his wet suit, it's still cold on his head. He loves it.

    Finished up week 1 with IMAX 2, all. Felt great - I haven't done that workout in awhile. Sunday is a rest day, but I may go for a long walk along the boardwalk while my son boogie boards.

    Saturday was To The Max, subbed for Crossfire. Then I realized after I did it that I skipped Rockout Knockout! So I just did that today, instead. Added tabata #4 on the end. Added on a 2.25 mile walk this afternoon. I don't think I will make my weight loss goal for the bet...

    Nov. Butt Rotation Check In

    Logging from my iPhone app - pretty cool! After being a lazy slug this morning, I came home after getting my son to the dentist and did tabata's 1-3, 250 walking lunges with a 10 lb best, and then core work. I feel better about myself now :-)
