    is 90 minutes too long to weight train?

    Im asking this because I was at bodyrock looking at exercises and one consist of over 90 minutes.

    DH said he doesn't want man arms on me grrrr

    I am really confused. How much weight training should I do to just tone up? I told him I cant bulk up like a man but he doesn't even want me to have Cathe arms. He said man muscles on a woman isn't sexy and told me to put the dumbbells down.:mad:

    awww i tried to hard to like her

    Cathes workouts are challenging but it has this dread factor and this"i dare you keep up with me" thing going on. This sucks because she is challenging for sure. Are there any other workouts by different instructors that are challenging without the dread factor?:(
