I can't get over what people will feed their kids!

But the kids who ate the food 30 or 40 years ago are now the parents who are feeding their children these questionable foods, which tells me that people will eat whatever they want once they are out from under their parents' control.

    Is it a good idea...

No, I don't think it's a good idea to go off the medicine without consulting a doctor. I've been on antidepressants for 17 years, also on and off, because I still got depressed while on them, so I figured they weren't working. I've been on 4 different antidepressants over the years, increasing...

    What was your first car?

Mine was a 1984 Ford Escort. It looked like the primer color and it had a big crack that ran the length of the windshield. It lasted for 4 years until it completely died and it was a slow, painful, and expensive death.

    I've lost my motivation!!!

Years ago, my mom asked me how I kept exercising every day, and I said, "It's only an hour." That gives you 23 hours a day of not having to exercise. That's how I stay motivated.
