    Hi all - Newbie here. I am focusing on muscle strength and definition. I have S&H, GS, PUB/PLB = Intesity Series, PH, CM, and SM. Would I also benefit from PS? I noted it's an older series. PS or KPC? Thanks and God Bless. Kim
