i need help with my rotation i do bodypump two days out of the week and i like too workout with cathe videos so how do i work different body parts to make for an more effient workout ? please help me !am really confused::o

i'm kinda confused on the rotation of exercises that i should do from week to week and i do bodypump twice a week but how i fill in the gaps with other activities? i work out with your shows on fit tv your the best!:o
