    What's best for me?

Hi, I would really like to know if I should pay attention to body type when exercising or just forget about it and get on with it? I am 5'2 and carry most of my weight in the lower part of the body(waist down). Are there certain Cathe DVD's that I should be doing? I want to get real serious...

    Advice Please

Hi, Can someone recommend an upper body DVD workout that involves high reps and light weights? I'm 5'1 and have a medium build and was told that I shouldn't lift heavy or I'll look heavier. I guess short people have to be careful. Is this true? Is it okay to mix it up with heavy weights one...

    DVD problems

Hi, Thanks, I'll try to clean the lens and see if that takes care of things. I've had my player for three years and haven't given it a cleaning at all. Every other disc I put in hasn't given me a problem but I'll try the advice and continue to clean it more often. Joss :-)

    What to choose?

I'm having difficulty in choosing one of Cathe's upper body DVD's. They all seem amazing. Should I go for Slow and Heavy, Pure Strength, or Hardcore? I'm not a seasoned weight lifter and would like to choose one for now that I could build on as I get stronger. Thanks, Joss

    Any Suggestions?

Hello, I'm sort of new to Cathe's workouts. I have Basic Step and Body Fusion and recently purchased Low Max. I like to do cardio three times a week, as well as some walking. I must admit that I've been slacking off when it comes to lifting weights and I am aware that to get more benefits...

    Where do I start?

Hello, I would like to start working out with weights again and was wondering where to start. I'm 54 with a slow metabolism. Should I start with the Slow and Heavy Series or the Hardcore Series? I hope it's not too late for me to start. I tend to stick with step and just plain old walking...
