    cathe, I have a question for you

    Hey Cathe, Huge fan! I recently had the flu and haven't been up to lifting weights. I have the whole intensity series and only have been doing like a half hour of Imax 2. I haven't done weight lifting in a couple weeks. Should I jump right back into it or should I go into it slowly? Thanks!
