    gatorade or water during the workout............

    Does anyone know if it's better to drink water during the workout or Gatorade or Propel? When I'm doing Hardcore Extreme or Imax 3 sometimes I am totally wiped 1/2 way to 3/4 of the way through so I was wondering if switching from water to a sports drink maybe that would help. Any thoughts...
