Cathe, I'm so looking forward to the new workouts! I have found that too many lunges really bother my knees. I'm going to have to lay off them for a while. I noticed that the new workouts have lots of lunges, can you give me ideas of something to sub for them? Thanks! Susan

    HCG or is it HGC?

Anyway, I've been hearing about this on the news for weight loss. You take this stuff and only eat 500 calories a day. Um....I think you're gonna loose weight on 500 cals a day no matter what you're taking. They say it makes you burn only fat. How can this even be considered healthy in any way?

    Empty Nest....

My youngest just graduated and I thought I had it all under control. Well, I am just incredibly sad now. I have been mentally kicking myself saying "Hey, your kids are healthy and happy, get over it!" But it hasn't seemed to help. I guess I'm greiving my life as I've known it for the last 21...

Then I'll let it go (or try!). My son is a senior and in his yearbook the parents write a little note to their child, basicly telling them how wonderful they are ;-). Well, the mom of twin girls wrote in her note "...and while all the other kids were out running around and worried about...
