    Slow and Heavy question

I don't have a barbell that goes up high either. Cathe pre-fatigues the legs with dumbbell exercises beforehand in S&H anyway, so I feel like I can get away without it. If I'm feeling like I didn't get enough of a workout, I usually tack on some slow and low squats and that always gets me.

Yep, it's not in my junk mail. I just sent myself a big file to be sure I'm ok and it came through.

    Splitting up cardio?

It's my understanding from some coaches who train others that cardio is cumulative and doesn't need to be done all at once. You could do 30-45 minutes in the morning and 30-45 minutes later in the day.

Would someone please post the P90X rotation-just got it on eBay

You mention the "classic" rotation . . . should I assume there are other rotations? Thanks for responding. If nobody posts it, I'll look forward to getting the info from you. I shouldn't have spend the money, but I will cut back on something else, because I really wanted it.

Would someone please post the P90X rotation-just got it on eBay

Hi all: I just bought the P90X DVD's on eBay and was hoping that one of you P90X pros could post the rotation since I'll only be getting the DVD's. I appreciate it so much. Your enthusiasm for the plan convinced me to buy it! :)

    Basal Cell Carcinoma

I am also very moley, but the three basal cells I have had all came out of nowhere. And, they weren't moles, but just dry patches of skin that were a little pink. I'm so grateful I have a derm that recognized what they were, as I never would have thought they could be anything. Keep us...

    Basal Cell Carcinoma

It's named after the surgeon who invented the surgery: http://www.mohssurgery.org/New/Patient_publicResources/history.html

    Basal Cell Carcinoma

I have had 3 basal cells so far. I've had MOH's for one of them because it was on my face near the top part of my nose, sorta close to my tear duct. My dermatologist prefers any facial skin cancer to be done with MOH's since it takes the minimal amount of tissue away. The doctor that consulted...

    Unsolicited Parental Advice (long)

I totally agree you did the right thing and in the right way. I think the most important thing here is the child and that he is getting what he may need. Even if it turns out he doesn't have a medical issue, he may need therapy to help with social issues. You may have saved him a world of...

Is the P90X Fitness Guide necessary for rotations?

I found P90X on eBay and it has all 12 DVD's and the "Bring It" DVD, but not the fitness guide. Is the fitness guide necessary to learn the rotation or will the "Bring It" DVD be good enough to learn the principles?

    Tony Horton

Sounds like something I could definitely work with. I could at least try to follow the rotation and if I can't, I can always sub something as long as I stick to the basic plan. Once I get familiar, I can mess around with how to throw Cathe stuff in the mix. Thanks!

    Tony Horton

Great input mspina and Kathryn! Is it absolutely necessary to follow the rotation? In other words, could I use Tony's workouts in a rotation of my choosing or interspersed do you think it would lose it's effectiveness? I really need the flexibility of choosing what body part to do which day...

To mspina: to what do you attribute your success with Tony versus Cathe specifically?

    Veins in arms blue?

This is a weird question, but you guys are the only ones that would know this stuff. I've always wanted that vein pop in my biceps and I've noticed that my veins in my biceps/shoulder area are more noticable, they are not popping yet, but they seem right under the surface and blueish more than...

He asked "what exactly are you trying to do?"

I found this so humorous yesterday when I was at the doc. I was seeing my family physician for a couple of issues and while I was there thought I'd ask him about why I keep pulling my bicep when I go up 2 lbs in dumbbell weight. He had just gotten done saying that I was really fit, good...

Please Help Me - In major (emotional) pain..

Hi Amy: I'm just jumping in to agree that you need to find a way to move on from him. He is telling you in every way possible that his gut is telling him not to move forward and I hope you can find a way to listen. I don't want this to come across as cold or non-chalant or to downplay your...
