I have most of Amy's workouts and really enjoy all of them, but I particularly love Kickbox Extreme...the music is great and the workout is SO much fun (not to mention tough!)...I sweat up a storm and the endorphins really kick in! :) Both Amy and Tracey Staehle were on the road trip. :)
