ended up doing heavy weights at lunch - DOMS: tris n bis .. then after work I did warm up and the fat blaster from X10 .. and this HWR circuit:
1A Large squat Jumps — 40 on, 10 off x 4 rounds
1B Jumping Jacks — 40 on, 10 off x 4 rounds
1C Spiderman Pushup — 20 on, 10...
