    Doctor had a cancellation!!

    Good Luck. Sarahs and everyones else advice is great. Definately button up shirts and easy to remove pants. You will be sore for a litte bit, but its worth it! Like I said, I'd do it again!

    Good Morning All! Today will be PLB standing only and 30 min of cardio- probably elliptical. Good luck to those starting the AUG 05 rotation! Looks brutal, but I'm sure at the end of the month, the results will be excellent!

    Some great workouts going on. For me today will be some kind of cardio. Probably on my elliptical since I live in Fl. and didnt get up early enough to do a run. Too hot/humid for me. Everyone have a great weekend!

    Thank God its Friday!!!!!!! Yesterday was my rest day, although I ended up painting and doing yard work all day on a house I'm prepping to sell. And here in Florida I swear its 200 degrees! Today I plan on doing SuperSets. Everyone have great day!
