    Teddy- a few quick suggestions 1. Eats will be your biggest helper. Are you eating enough during the day or just snacking because? 2. For weights, I would think 1 total body, 1 upper to balance your upper half, and one lower plyo to slim the legs down plus 2-3 days of cardio
