Hi all, I hope I am doing this right....anyway...I thought I did great physically at the Roadtrip, but I weighed A LOT when I got back...so, I knew it was time to get serious. I had lost 2lb as of last Friday and plan on weighing myself every Friday. My main struggle is eating (shocker, I know)...

Just wondering if anyone had any advice on what to bring to the RT? Do we need to bring bands, gloves, etc? For the festivities and meals, what does everyone normally wear...dressy, casual? Refillable water bottle? I don't know...just wondering if anyone had any advice from prior years...thanks!

Thanks for the replies. I got the Famous Daves and it is really good...no scent at all and doesn't stain clothes even right after applying.
