    mine is rich foods...comfort foods i guess, Mexican, pizza, creamy soups, spinach dip, that kind of thing. Chips and sweets i can pass up. chicken enchiladas or lasagna, I'm eating the whole pan :-) gotta walk the dogs now in 35mph wind and freezing temps....boo!
