    Nora, any work out is a good work out. Trust me, I know after not being able to work out for so long. I really enjoyed the Leslie Sansone workouts I did today (Tuesday). I look forward to doing the rest of them. I will definitely be reaching for these a lot!

    It was 91 here today. Today I did STS 2.0 Fully Body Stretching for 29 minutes, then Leslie Sansone Tummy Walk for 10 minutes and followed it up with Leslie Sansone Flexible walk for 10 minutes. Think I may try an upper body for tomorrow.

    Linda, nice mix! CatheLive- "21 and Done!" - 35 min. KCM-CardioFit- Workout 2- I programmed all the weight exercises only on my dvd player for a short little add-on (Love those GunSlingers!) - 12 min.

    I paid the price with the LMR Functional Legs last week, still not ready for too much lower body. Today I did LMR Functional Upper Body for 49 minutes followed by Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes.

    Linda, that's a good one! Blender- Total Body Bands & Loops with Band Cardio - 43 min. I'm going to have to start using the blender. There are still a lot of things I cannot and should not be trying to do at this point. Paid for it doing the LMR Functional Lower Body last week.
