    so honeybunch, I'm curious how you're doing it now? I agree, after finally losing the 20ish lbs I want to lose, I'd be TERRIFIED to put some of it back on! On the other hand, if its merely weight, but all muscle and the clothes fit the same if not better, that might not be so bad.

    I'm trying to put together a 3 month rotation and am wondering what ya'll think on this subject. SHould I build the muscle with S&H type workouts and then lean it up with endurance or should I lean up with the endurance and then build the muscle after?

    RE: HELP I have plenty of my own questions so I don't know if I'm the right person to address your concerns but my first suggestion is to add more serious weight lifting to your routine. Lifting weights and building muscle should take care of the "squishy" issue.

    Diane, yeah that idea of doing a Cathe cardio video for 2 days/wk is probably a good one. Smart girl! Stillhavent really heard any others pipe in on the how often I should be doing the wts though. again, your idea to do the 3 day split and then 1 full wts is probably the best compromise. :)

    I agree, I can't wait until I can run straight for at least 3 miles. I feel like the run/walk is not getting me in the right direction as far as weight loss. That's why I upped it from the 4x/wk to 5-6. I just felt like I needed more cardio. Once I can run at least 3 miles I will cut back to 4x.
