Who else preordered on the 1st day???

I preordered on Sept. 16, 2005. Not sure if that was the first day or not. I checked my invoice last night and I selected 2nd day air. So....maybe by Wednesday I will have these in my hands!! So excited! They look even better than I've imagined.

RTTC - can you do all of the reps??

RTTC stands for Ripped to the Core. I had some trouble with the back work and the overhead presses while squatting off the side of the step. I did have to lower my weights to finish, and I did skip some reps. I like this workout (and her others). I am focusing more now on endurance, so I...

    Saw "Departed".....

RE: Saw Basically a mob/crime drama, with a police "rat" in the mob and a mob "rat" in the police (Leo and Matt). I thought it was a great story and superb acting from all parties. Very entertaining, but lots of violence, foul language, blood, etc. Also long, I think 2 1/2 hours. Here's...

    Amy Bendo Kickboxing

    >I can't say I always notice that the form is less than >perfect and I would agree with others that having a fun, >effective, safe workout is what matters. I have other hobbies >and interests aside from excercise and I don't wish to >preoccupy myself with becoming a kickboxing expert...

    Amy Bendo Kickboxing

    >I don't really have huge issues with bad form. I know my >form isn't spectacular and I love kickboxing workouts. It's by >far my favorite type of cardio. I've viewed the clip several >times and even though her form does leave a lot to be desired >I am still thinking about pre-ordering. It...

    Amy Bendo Kickboxing

I tried again and was able to view the clip. I actually think it looks like it could be a good workout. I'm not going to knock anyone's form, because I'm sure mine gets pretty wild sometimes, too. Heck, I did Cardio Kicks for years before I read on here that Cathe didn't have good form! I...

    Amy Bendo Kickboxing

I can't view the clip either, for some reason. I have preordered these, just wondering what is wrong with her form? Do you have specific examples? I'm just curious.

Which one do you like the best and why?

I love Cathe, so I chose Cathe. Although lately I have been doing all my new workouts (Amy Bento, Tracey Staehle, Jari Love and Kelly Coffey-Meyer). I am very much enjoying the variety. I think it's because I needed something new and the new Cathe's weren't coming, so I went elsewhere. Don't...

    Loving the video clip!

I agree with everyone! The clip looks amazing, but only makes me want them more!! I had to get a new DVD stand to hold all my exercise DVDs in my workout room! I've got the slots just waiting to get these!! Should be soon, don't ya think?!?!:P I certainly hope we have them by the end of...

    High Intensity Step

Laura, Here is Amy's web site http://www.nrgfitness.net/ You can search here, as there have been some discussions and reviews of her workouts. I have her advanced step and her step/pump from her first series. I really like them both - very fun and very challenging! I have preordered...

Is there a VET in the house???

Paula, I am a vet and I think you should take him in before Sat., even if he seems to be feeling ok. This is definitely not normal and not related to a change in his food. I'm not going to speculate on what might be wrong, because I can't see him or examine him. Take him in and get a...

    High Intensity Step

    >If you're talking about what I think you are, it's called the >"soccer drill". You have to be incredibly light on your feet >and tap around the step with a knee lift at the end so that >you end up facing the same way you started. If you don't like >it, just substitute a regular three knee...

Well... I did it! Sorry Edy (bestoutwest)!

Amy, Congrats!!! How exciting for you!!!:7 :7 :7 Do you just love it??? Did it hurt? I am probably not going to be able to wait until Nov. 2 either! I ordered a barbell online and once I get it I'm going to take it to them to get sterilized, then probably go for it!!! Hey, let me...

How I gauge my weekly workout success

Laura, This is hilarious!! I'm exactly the same way! I hang my exercise pants after a brief time in the dryer so they don't shink, and I aim for 5-6 pair each week. I have 6 hangers on my drying rack, which hangs on the door to my laundry room. I have 7 pair of pants, one for each day...

    Tracey Staehle

    >I just read your comments and was wondering which one "drives >you crazy?" I feel the same way. I wonder if it's the same >girl??? > >Dianne Dianne, It's the one on Tracey's left (right side of our screen)! Oh, the other comment I was going to make was that I didn't think either the...

    Tracey Staehle

I have only previewed the step and abdominal workouts. They look good. I have done parts of the kickbox workout. Seems not to be that intense and I had some trouble with some of the "moving" forward moves. Probably just need more time to figure them out. One problem I have, and this may...
