    I would like to see a DVD similar to MIC with a low impact step routine plus a low impact floor routine with increasing intensity.

    Cardio Videos

    Please make several videos only with cardio and abs or core work. Any cardio is fine -- step, hi/lo, kickbox. I would love to see a tape that combines hi/lo with kickbox.
