    Extremely Ripped, Extremely Ripped 1000 & Get Ripped 1000 are definitely more leg focused. R&C is mostly upper body. I agree that Jari's workouts are great for leaning out & improving definition. :)

    It's too stressful on your body do more than 2-3x/ week IF you're putting your true max effort into the workouts. Doing it more often is self defeating as you won't improve any more, but you'll likely get injured. HTH!
