How long does it take for a pulled muscle to heal?

I'm the queen of pulled muscles. I've pulled a calf muscle twice, my hamstring, and my wrist. The calf took 3 weeks. I still exercised; I just did the bike, elliptical, kickboxing, and floorwork for legs.I also did a lot of stretching. My hamstring took a good 9 months before it felt 100%. My...

    Most Difficult Jari Love?

I think Ripped and chisled is harder. I would increase the weights, too. I normall y go 2-5 pound heavier than Jari. Also, if you workout a lot, you might not get sore even if you're getting a good workout. Lorrie

    Tankless Water Heaters

My bf has those in house house. I helped install them, and he's had them for almost 3 years. It takes a few seconds for the hot water to come out. It is nice to never run out of hot water and not have big tanks hogging space. I don't think they are terribly expensive, either. Lorrie

Baby after 35, maybe new job...

I'm no expert. The risk of birth defects are higher in "older " women, but I've known plenty of women who have started families in their late 30's and early forties with no problems at all. Good luck! Lorrie

Thanks Beavs. I've been to the American Cementaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourge, and Normandy. What a moving, humbling experience. I remember looking at the thousands of graves, seeing the names and the states, and thinking about far away from home those young men were when they...
