    Jacque:: No, you crazy girl! LOL It's a 16 minute work out not a 64 minute workout! LOL You do 40 secs of the first exercise, rest for 20 secs, do 40 seconds of the second exercise, etc until you do all 4 exercises (4 mins), and then you go through that circuit 3 more times (4 mins x 4 = 16)...

    Got back from the gym a short while ago. I did a nice thorough warm up that included 10 alternating get ups. By the time I finished that I was already sweating. They are way too stingey with the a/c in that place! But anyway, I digress....then I did 16@20/40 of Dead Split Stance Squats, Renegade...

    So I took the work out above and re-created it into my own 3 timed mini circuit routine as follows... 9@40/20 of Broad Jumps, KB Deadlifts, Push Ups. 9@40/20 of KB 2 arm Swings (subbed in for hip thrusters), Plank to Push Ups, Sand Bag Walking Lunges (subbed in for farmers carry). 6@40/20...

    50 Burpees interval style (a 30 second rest after every 10 burpees) and a 30 minute run....DONE! AROO! :D (and I did the push up on 40 of them and the jump up on all of them too!) (No, I would not have made it through 100 burpees and a 60 minute run and I am not too proud to admit it!:p)
